Chandigarh / Delhi to Shimla

On arrival at Delhi / Chandigarh Railway Station / Airport, you will be meet, assisted and get driven towards Shimla (380kms), sited within the heart of Himalayas. On reaching move towards the hotel for check-in and the evening will be at leisure. Stay overnight in Shimla and enjoy the appetizing dine offered by the hotel. DAY 02: Shimla Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed towards the Jakhoo temple where on the way you can hear the chirping of the birds, meet monkeys and get vanquished by the chilly winds of the mountains. Jakhoo hill is Shimla's highest peak, which offers a panoramic view of the Shivalik Ranges. At 108 feet (33 meter) statue of Lord Hanuman, a Hindu deity, at 8,500 feet (2,591 meters) above sea level, is a single statue to stand at the uppermost elevation. After Jakhoo Temple , proceed towards Kufri, a small parish and paradise, tucked on the elevation of 2622 meters. Later Day in sightseeing Shimla town, visit the Christ Church, the Gaiety Theatre, scandal point, plummet by the colorful Lakkar Bazaar, and the Bandstand. In the evening return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 03: Shimla to Sarahan

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to Sarahan, on arrival check-in at your hotel.Extremely renowned for the Bhima Kali temples, Sarahan is the erected in the old-style Kinnauri way mainly from the coatings of stone and timber to engross the force of earthquakes. There are two towers here, containing a highly admired shrine to Bhimakali (the local version of Kali) underneath a lovely silver-filigree awning on its top floor. The curved, peaked roofs suggest the Tibetan influence on Kinnauri architecture, which becomes more marked as you move up the valley.To the right of the two towers is the squat Lankra Vir Temple, where human sacrifices were carried out right up to the 18th century. DAY 04: Sarahan to Sangla

After breakfast, check-out form the hotel and get driven to Sangla Valley, into the district of half horse half men, En-route visit the Batseri Village where an old-fashioned bridge erected over the Baspa River leads you to Batseri and its cobble-stoned thoroughfares and the local temple of Badri Narayan. After this, visit the Kamru Fort – This five-storied tower type fort rests on 55 square feet of stone stage and was constructed by Dev Puran. Later, Dine & Overnight stay at hotel in Sangla.

DAY 05: Sangla to Chitkul to Sangla

After breakfast, get driven to Chitkul, which is the last Indian hamlet at the border and has a population of roughly 700 people. Here you can cite the Nila range where the greenish-blue Baspa River originates, adorns India on one side and Tibet on the other. Situated at the elevation of 3450m, Chitkul is perfect place for nature lovers and photographers. With few strolls visit the shrine of local Goddess, ‘Mathi’, 500 years old-style architecture built by the unknown person.Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel in Sangla.

DAY 06: Sangla to Kalpa (9711 feet / 40 KM / 2 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to Kalpa. On arrival at Kalpa, check-in at your hotel. It is a place where we get permit to enter Spiti valley and once all formalities done, we can head up higher on a 7 kilometer zigzagging road, to the old-fashioned village of Kalpa – a jewel with interestingly wonderful vistas of the Kinner Kailash and Jorkandan Peaks coming right above the village. Here you can visit the outstanding Kinnauri-style shrines or the colorful Samdrup Choeling Gompa. Adjacent of the Kinner Kailash is the 79-foot high solitary pillar, which look like the Shivalinga, and is known for its color-changing possessions as the day attires on.Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel in Kalpa.

DAY 07: Kalpa to Nako (12,000 feet / 100 km / 5-6 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to Nako, through the Hindustan – Tibet Highway to reach Nako, En-route view how the color of the scenery changes as we will be driving on the world’s most double-crossing and beautiful roads. Cross the village Pooh, which is last fuel station and lead to the last hamlet of Kinnaur -Nako. On arrival at Nako, check-in at your guest house in Nako, evening is free at leisure.Dinner & Overnight stay at guest house in Nako.

DAY 08: Explore Nako

After breakfast, proceed for in & around sightseeing of Nako, visit Nako monastery or find yourself at peace, just watching the echoes of the clouds taking a walk on the beautifully oval shaped lake, protected by all sides by the great high Himalayas.Dinner & Overnight stay at guest house in Nako.

DAY 09: Nako to Gue to Tabo (10,000 feet / 66 KM / 3 hours)

After breakfast, proceed for in & around sightseeing of Tabo, via Gue, entering into the Spiti Valley through a traditional playful Sumdoh. Continue your drive into the rugged and dry scenery and take a bottom close down to discover Gue. On arrival at Tabo, check-in at your guest house, evening is free at leisure.

Gue is famed for a monastery that dynasties a 500 year naturally wrinkled monk. Legend says the lama named Sangha Tenzin wrinkled him to free his village from the wave of scorpions. After visiting, continue your journey towards the ‘Ajanta of the Himalayas’. Tabo enclosing the 1010 year-old Tabo Monastery – which is a UNESCO world heritage site and is famous for its ancient paintings that portray the life of The Buddha.The overnight stay will be at Tabo.Dinner & Overnight stay at guest house in Tabo.

DAY 10: Tabo to Demul (4400 meters)

After breakfast, check-out form the hotel and get driven to Demul, stunning high altitude of Spiti Valley. Located at the 4400 meters, Demul is a village, which redefines coldness.This silent and charming village is a home to less than 50 families. DAY 11: Demul to Dhankar (32 KM / 1-2 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to a gorgeous hill town Dhankar. On arrival at Dhankar, check-in at your home stay, evening is free at leisure.The former capital of the Royalties of Spiti Valley, also known as the Nono, who governed the dust-colored wildernesses of Spiti Valley. Take an hour’s climb above the village to visit the stunning turquoise Dhankar Tso or Dhankar Lake, which offers views over the valley and the twin peaks of Mane Rang (6593 meters).Dinner & Overnight stay at home stay in Dhankar.

DAY 12: Dhankar to Pin Valley (44 KM / 2-3 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to Pin Valley. About 2 kilometers above Gulling, at Kungri, you will visit the 600-year-old Ugyen Sangnak Choling Gompa which has a huge cloister structure about 60 resident Lamas. On arrival at Pin Valley, check-in at your camps. Declared as a national park in 1987, Pin Valley is hub to the jeopardize snow leopard. In addition, other animals can also be sighted as Siberian ibex, bharal, weasel, red fox and marten. Birds such as the pika, griffon, golden eagle, bearded vulture, chukor and raven paint the skies a pretty picture.From Kungri, we will head southwest, to the fascinating village of Mudh where you will spend a night in hotel.Dinner & Overnight stay at a camp in Pin Valley.

DAY 13: Mudh to Kaza (56 KM / 2-3 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to the district capital of Spiti Valley – Kaza. On arrival at Kaza, check-in at your hotel.Here you will be sighting the Tabo monastery, sheltered as the National Historic Treasure of India by the Archeological Survey of India. The Tabo monastery is a home of more than 60 lamas with the stunning collections of the scriptures, portion of art and wall canvas.Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel in Kaza.

DAY 14: Kaza to Ki Monastery to Kibber (20 KM / 1-2 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to Kibber, take pleasure in high-altitude weather in the town of Kaza, which is an administrative centre of the Spiti Valley. On arrival at Kibber, check-in at your home stay.After, ride your first drive from the Kaza to the small village of Kibber. Kibber a narrow valley on the peak of a limestone rock situated at 4205m which is famous for its motor connections. From here, drive to the ki Gompas where one can observe the houses of large number of Buddhist monks and nuns anda cafeteria.Later, begin the first phase to the Langza hamlet where the leftover creatures of human being of the Tethys Sea, were found.Dinner & Overnight stay at home stay in Kibber.

DAY 15: Kibber to Kaza to Komik (50 KM / 2-3 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to the highest village of Asia Komik, literally means ‘eye of a snow cock’, and islocated at a height of 4513m. On arrival at Komik, check-in at your home stay.This agronomy hamlet has a population of 84 people, living in complete isolation. Here you can visit the Komik Lundu Chhemo, which is one of the highest monasteries in the world.Dinner & Overnight stay at home stay in Komik.

DAY 16: Kaza to Ki Monastery to Kibber (20 KM / 1-2 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to Langza. On arrival at Langza, check-in at your home stay.It a small town located at an altitude of 4400 meters and fits to the Sakyapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Langza is village having the population of 137 in 33 households. Here you can stroll to the ancient Lang (Temple), which is estimated to be around 1000 years old. At Langza, hike back to the primeval era when Spiti was submerged by the Tethys Sea, as you explore a land very rich with fossils of Marine animals and plants which were here millions of years ago.Dinner & Overnight stay at home stay in Langza.

DAY 17: Langza to Kaza

DAY 18: Kaza to Kunzum La to Chandratal Lake (14,100 feet / 102 KM)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to Chandratal. On arrival at Chandratal, check-in at your camps.Today you will commence your day out to the incredible Chandratal Lake, and a temple at Kunzum La. The blue glitter lake here will leave you captivated and was said to be the echo of the stunning snow-capped peaks. DAY 19: Chandratal Lake to Manali (130 KM)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get driven to Manali, around the lake gives you a spectacular looks from green to reddish orange, as depart for Manali. On the journey towards Manali, you will pass the tremendously stunning Rohtang Pass.
